Should you miss a booked appointment, we reserve the right to deduct minutes from your ‘Course Package’ for the time booked or you will be billed accordingly.
Cancellations can be made up to 3 hours before the booked appointment.
Eze Tan reserves the right to limit tanning time. Our staff members are trained on skin types and will recommend the correct tanning time based on your skin, this is done for customer safety.
'Course Packages' are non-refundable after minutes have been used.
The transfer of minutes to another client is prohibited.
'Course Packages' are stored on Eze Tan system along with minutes used.
All 'Course Packages' expire after 12 months from the purchase date.
